About us
MR&T Advisory is a UK legal consultancy set up in 2021 by Milena Radoycheva.
Milena qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2006 and is an experienced general counsel and trusted adviser, specialist in corporate transactions, commercial contracts and IP commercialisation.
Milena has worked in a number of international law firms in the City of London (and for a year also in Hong Kong) and has led a number of in-house legal teams as general counsel.
Milena understands the challenges and constraints of running a business and is committed to supporting science-led companies and mission-driven organisations in developing and selling their products and services.
Milena is passionate about helping businesses that want to make a positive difference thrive by providing personalised, high-quality legal services that are both affordable and agile.
