About us
MR&T Advisory is a UK legal consultancy established in 2021 by Milena Radoycheva.
Milena qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2006 and is an experienced General Counsel and trusted adviser, specialising in corporate transactions, commercial contracts and IP commercialisation.
She has worked in a number of international law firms in the City of London (and for a period in Hong Kong) and has led in-house legal teams as General Counsel. She is also an Independent Adviser to the Nominations and Governance Committee of The Pirbright Institute.
Milena understands the pressures facing science-led and research-intensive organisations and supports them in navigating complex legal and commercial challenges, particularly in the context of research, collaboration and commercialisation.
Her approach is pragmatic, commercially grounded and focused on providing clear, actionable advice aligned with each client’s context, objectives and approach to risk.
MR&T Advisory is designed to offer senior-level legal expertise in a more efficient and accessible way than the traditional law firm model, while maintaining the same level of quality and rigour.
